11 tips to success

1. Kick start the day off in the right direction by making a list of your highest priorities in order.

2. Do 20+ minutes of personal development early in your day.

3. Communicate your gratitudes to your creator/universe. Ask for what you need to be successful today!

4. Exercise your body 10+ minutes 6 days a week with high intensity.

5. Do a random act of kindness early in your day.

6.  Drink water frequently throughout the day and always 30 minutes before eating.

7. Don't be in a hurry to eat. Have brunch instead of breakfast and lunch. Eat slowly and savor your food.

8. Socialize with fun physical activities. Instead of inviting people to dinner invite them to explore a nearby location and if you like pack a picnic of good for you foods.

9. Build lasting memories with your family and friends by going and doing fun family activities.

10. At the end of each day of each day, congratulate yourself as you cross off the things you accomplished off your priority list. Then ask yourself these questions:
What good have I done today?
What good can I do tomorrow?
Am I on track to complete my life's mission?

11. Last thing before you go to sleep at night, think about:

Where you want to go & achieve in your life?

Where you want to be & achieve in 10 years?

Where you want to be & achieve in 5 years?

Where you want to be & achieve in 3 years?

Where you want to be & achieve in 1 year?

Where you want to be & achieve by the end of this year?

Where you want to be & achieve in the next 6 months, 3 months, end of this month, 2 weeks from now, the end of this week, and tomorrow?
