My 100 Day Challenge starting Saturday, March 24th  through July 1st, 2018.

I am challenging myself to write in this blog every day and to work on eating and drinking for my health not for convenience.

If you're looking to create radical results in life in 2018, then let's begin with a radical idea.

What do you think would happen if you told me your goals and I followed you around with a camera crew 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the next 3 months?

I bet 3 things would immediately take place...

You would START doing the things you know you need to do:

Examples:

Making good choices with your time!
Making great food choices!
Drinking adequate water.
Getting Quality Sleep.
Increase your physical activity.
Focus on your goals!

You would STOP doing the things you know you shouldn't be doing.

Wasting your time doing trivial things
Eating foods with low nutritional value.
Drinking high-calorie drinks
Grabbing fast food and sodas on the go.
You would focus on achieving your goals!
You would start taking action steps to reach your goals!

THIS WOULD ALL be possible by raising the stakes and enforcing greater levels of accountability.

Accountability serves and protects your character, credibility, and commitments.

It ensures that what you set out to accomplish, actually gets accomplished.

The truth is, you can SMASH every goal you make in record time…
If you keep your focus on the steps to reach your goals.

But I am not going to follow you around. ;-) Yes, you can breathe a sigh of relief ;-) Cancel that police restraining order ;-)
You don't need me to do that. What you need is to have faith in yourself and accountability to your goals.
